The design team consists of four creative minds with an eye for detail, innovation and fresh design flair. They work alongside Jai Santhosh’s Offset Press CAD and production teams to develop innovative concepts that fit with the Group’s production capabilities. Innovative concepts are also sought through partnerships with other packaging specialists and via the latest developments from equipment suppliers. Jai Santhosh Offset Press is often seen as the company of choice for other manufacturers looking to beta test potential packaging ideas.

Jai Santhosh Offset Press is proud to invest in the future of Indian manufacturing, running work experience placements in conjunction with Loughborough University’s Industrial Design & Technology department. This gives packaging designers of the future a boost up the career ladder and brings fresh and innovative new ideas into the business to share with our customers.
Innovation Days
The company is keen to help educate customers on the latest design innovations in carton packaging. We host fun and informative innovation days, either at a Jai Santhosh Offset Press facility or at a customer site. Innovation days give client packaging departments the opportunity to meet our innovation team and have an interactive discussion about packaging trends, new materials, print finishes and innovative concepts.
CAD Departments and Sampling: Value Engineering and Profile Rationalisation
The teams have a vast amount of experience and detailed understanding of working with cardboard based products, a thorough understanding of production capabilities and commercial constraints.
The packaging design requirements can consist of simple enhancements to an existing CAD model, or can be created from scratch. In-house experts can link their retail package design know how to customer requirements in order to deliver designs that have shelf appeal and make the best use of the materials available.
